Our distinguished judges for 2024 are Suzanne Bean and Davis Perkins.
ELIGIBILITY
Open to all artists 18 years of age and older.
Work must be original, conceived and created entirely by the artist & completed within the last 3 years. Work shown in previous MLAA Fine Art Shows is ineligible.
SIZE LIMITATIONS
Wall art: maximum width 40 inches, framed and wired for hanging. 3-D pieces must be suitable for table display.
FEES (NONREFUNDABLE)
Up to four entries per person. MLAA Members: First entry, $20 ; each additional, $10 . Non-members: First entry, $25; each additional, $15.
CATEGORIES (each piece may only be entered in one category)
1. Acrylics & Oils; 2. Watercolor; 3. Pastel; 4. Mixed Media & Graphics, including but not limited to: printmaking: lithography, linocut, serigraph, monoprint, woodcut, collage, encaustic, etching, charcoal, graphite, pen/brush & ink, colored pencil; 5. 3-Dimensional, including but not limited to sculpture, pottery, stained and fused glass; 6. Foothill Favorites: any medium, subject matter related to the Sierra Foothills region.
AWARDS
Best of Show: $300; Diane Sanguinetti Honorary Award, $100; Susan Lea Hackett Honorary Award, $100; People’s Choice, $100. Categories 1-5: 1st Prize, $100; 2nd Prize, $75; 3d Prize, $50. Category. 6 : $100

Use our Fillable Entry Form to generate your Receipt, Labels and Wall Tags! This new feature will greatly facilitate the entry process for entrants and for our hardworking show volunteers. Using this feature couldn’t be easier! Here’s how:
1. Click on the words "Download File" in the link below to download the file. Begin typing your information into the “Entry Form” section at the top of the first page. As if by magic, the information will appear in the Receipt, the Labels, and the Wall Tags.
2. You will have a three page document. Save it for your records and print out the three pages.
3, Calculate your fees as follows. Up to four entries per person. MLAA Members: First entry, $20 ; each additional, $10 . Non-members: First entry, $25; each additional, $15.
4, Mail the three pages with your check or money order to MLAA, P.O. Box 5140, Sonora, CA 95370.
