Heine has been primarily a painter of Western subjects, landscapes, mountain scenery, seascapes, and still life's. The tones of his works are primarily romantic and peaceful. Heine started painting in 1970 working on his art in the evenings and a year later began painting for a living becoming a listed artist. His paintings were so exquisite by 1991 he was featured in “Who’s Who in America”.
